Game Still Crashing

Alright at this point I have tried absolutely everything to fix NHL26 from crashing besides buying a new console. I have two Xbox series X’s due to traveling from different states and had this issue ...

PS5 user here. It seems after the update yesterday my club can’t get into matches anymore. We had one game go through but that was it. And after that game it didn’t count and every single time we were in a lobby with 5 players it would crash and boot us out with this error. It’s definitely something to do with the recent update as I was not getting crashes before this happened.

Please get your programmers at EA to patch this up. At this point and time it is unplayable and another bubble popup in my mind is telling me I bought full price for a game that is inconsistent and not allowing me to access the features that was promised when I invested $100+ CND into this game. Please fix this ASAP

Hey Aljo, can I ask how many digits the serial numbers on your xboxs have ? I know that I have an older series X (2020 version) with 12 digits and that one will literally crash within 5 minutes of playing any EA sports games, but my newer one that I bought specifically to play EA sports games because I know you guys wouldnt fix this issue has 14 digits and seems to have a different/newer power supply model. Im wondering if changing the PSU on the old xbox series x could maybe fix the issue.

  I have two Series X consoles. One is a day one version and the other I got in December of 2024. Neither have this issue.
