Game Still Crashing

I mean this as respectfully as it can come across in a forum.  

I understand that its difficult, again thats why I suggested the whole idea of bringing the issue directly to you.  However If the dev team is incapable of reproducing a crash that gamers are experiencing year after year, knowing that there is some issue that is causing it, based on forum posts. They might need to re-evaluate the talent. 

If I myself at my job (I work as a Sales and Electrical Engineer) had an issue troubleshooting something on one of our products that I created, and after years I kept failing to find the cause of  the issue, let alone fix it, I would be fired end of story. While I understand that all you personally can do is pass along the info you are obtaining, the fact remains that the issue persists and as gamers we are all tired of hearing the some thing over and over. Perhaps a formal statement from the Dev team acknowledging the issue would be helpful, whether it be on Social media, or on their website as a “update” release. 

Just want to provide some feedback here.  This is an EA issue.  Every single EA game released this year has this problem. Every one. There are hundreds of posts across half a dozen game forums that have this exact same issue, I have read almost every single one all the same issue.   I think i speak for most people here in saying, We are exhausted trying to wait for you all to figure it out.  The bottom line is you all are not doing what you can to fix it, all we hear are excuses and frankly half baked replies about not even being able to duplicate it and frankly we don’t believe that for one second. Do your job, figure it out and fix it. 

i want refund too no  excuse for this not being fixed

Hey there. Unfortunately, I don't have an update. We still have not been able to reproduce this. Out of curiosity, have you tried playing on multiple consoles?

Yes EA_Aljo​ I have played on both Xbox Series X and PS5. Frankly dude I think the fact that your team has been unable to re-produce this is either a lie or indicative of how inept the dev team really is. Take 10 minutes, click on my profile, view the other threads I have commented on and see how many people have the exact same problem on all the other EA Sports games, literally THOUSANDS of people. 2-3 months without being able to reproduce something is a joke.

Having same problem on Xbox series x. What a shame. Barely no crashes on other games in 5 years. Purchase first EA title in five years and it won’t stop crashing no matter what I have tried. I would complain about MLB the show all the time, having not played EA sports games in over 5 years. The show is a masterpiece compared to this. Having tried everything conceivable to my ability, reading multiple stories from others, this is no doubt a software issue with EA.
