Sorry to hear it. If you happen to get the game again and the stuttering continues, let me know. We'll look into it more then or when we get more reports of the same issue.

If there was an issue with my console it would show itself in other games as well. And I'm definitely not the only one having this issue. The reporting issue part is incredible time consuming with NHL and you always put the burden of proof to the paying customer. I can see why you don't get other reports. I have actually solved multiple issues for other titles but with this game you don't seem to want to actually solve anything. It's fine though I already refunded the game because Microsoft also doesn't like games that don't work like they are supposed to.

Issues with the Series S seem to be more common. I'm not aware of optimization, but that's also not something I'm involved in so it's possible there has been. However, if this were an issue with all Series S/X players, we'd be hearing about it. So far, you're the only one that is having this only in HUT. It's possible there's an issue with your console. Which is why I'm curious about using an expansion card. I don't suppose you have a different console you can try?
Have you also tried a factory reset? Do you have any other apps/games running in quick resume? Do you have any peripherals plugged in? - JustAGamerOwO3 months agoRising Hotshot
And in my extended testing the issue does go away for some time if you just restart the game. But it comes back.

Yes. I don't think there is a step I didn't try. Have the team tried to make performance optimizations? To me this looks like an issue with the limited cabapility on series s. Knowing the series s has only around 8GB from 10GB for games to use and the fact that the stuttering starts around 2h into the HUT gameplay. I'm not saying there's memory leak but I've been diagnosing computers and applications since my first PC in early 2000's. As we can rule out overheating the symptoms do look like it...

Have you tried clearing local saved games? Here are those steps:
- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide menu.
- Navigate to Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.
- Select CLEAR LOCAL SAVED GAMES.
Let me know what happens.

I played with different account. Also i opened the console cleaned the small amount of dust and even replaced thermal paste. There is no issues with the console. I had GTA V running for 8 hours straight it had zero issues or stutters. It's literally the only game that lags and even then it's only in HUT.

This is only on HUT, right? Have you tried swapping out your arena, jerseys, or even created a new lineup? It's just odd we're getting so few reports of this so that makes me think there's something unique about your HUT or console.

I do not have that. Sorry.

I see it. Sorry about that. Do you have a hard drive expansion card? I'd like to see if a different drive has the same issue.
