HUT Progress Bug: 0 XP, Objectives and Moments not tracking after games

Platform: Xbox Series
Date Started: Jan 19, 2026 

Description of Issue: I can enter and play full games in HUT (Ranked/Cup chase/Moments), but upon completion, the game does not register any progress.

  • XP: I receive 0 XP toward the Season Path regardless of performance.
  • Objectives: No objectives (Daily, Weekly, or Event) are tracking stats like goals, hits, or wins.
  • Moments: Despite giving the option to click exit and claim rewards. The moment shows as failed after
  • Post-Game Behavior: The game acts as if the match never happened or as if I quit early, even when playing until the end

Troubleshooting already attempted:

  • close game completely, re-open launch franchise mode, then go into HUT (did not work)
  • Delete and recreate line up (did not work)
  • confirmed stable internet connection (wired)
  • Power cycled xbox (did not work)

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. open HUT
  2. enter any game (moment/ranked/cup chase/etc)
  3. complete game
  4. Observe the post-game screen where XP and Objectives progress remain stagnant

    Exactly no progression in any mode. I can play games, but the result acts likei quit early

    For ranked i can play a game; it does not matter if i win or lose i will still be at the same rank I was before. Moments count as failed and immediately quit upon completion. Cup chase does not work either. I cannot complete any objectives that require me to play games (complete games, score goals, take shots etc). Anything that requires me to play a game will not count as the same does not count
