I can’t get challenges anymore in be a pro

Randomly while I was playing be a pro when I was about to get one of the challenges for every 8 games but the only response I could use was goodbye, and I don’t get a challenge. I summed through the season and more into the next season but every 8 games when it should give me a challenge to move up or down a line my only possible response is goodbye and I can’t get those challenges anymore.
