Not receiving chel coins after finished match
Like the tilte says. Me and my team played 4 games and i only got chel coins from 1 game. Never happened before. I didn't remember to ask others and we just ended our games. And yes. We played our games to the end. It is just weard that from one game got coins but not every game like you should get. I just wanted to informate about this and as a big time collector of equipments and jerseys the coins are very much needed. 😅 6v6 club games this happened of course if you need to know about this.
Formal Complaint: Critical Bug Causing Server Disconnections in "Cup Chase" Mode
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a critical, game-breaking bug in the "Cup Chase" mode of NHL 26. I have been a loyal and constant player of this franchise since NHL 98. I play offline 75% of the time, but I have been competing in the online "Cup Chase" mode. For the past several days, I have been repeatedly disconnected from the EA servers during "Cup Chase" games. This is not a random issue; it has three very specific and frustrating characteristics: It Only Happens When I Am Winning: I have not experienced a single disconnection when tied or losing. The server drop only occurs in games where I have the lead. It Is Not My Connection: I am on a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection, not Wi-Fi. My internet service is perfectly stable, and I have zero connection issues with any other game or service. It Is Happening Repeatedly: As of writing this, I have been disconnected from my last three consecutive "Cup Chase" games, all of which I was winning. Each disconnection has resulted in a loss, severely impacting my standing. If this continues, this bug will directly prevent me from making the playoffs, not because of my skill but because of a server-side failure. A brief check of the official EA Forums and community sites (like Reddit) shows that I am not alone. Many other players are reporting this exact same bug: being disconnected from "Cup Chase" specifically when they are winning, only to be handed a loss. For a long-time customer who has supported this franchise for over 25 years, this experience is unacceptable. This is ridiculous. I am requesting an immediate investigation into this bug and a server-side patch to fix it. My progress is being unfairly nullified, and the mode is currently unplayable in a competitive sense. This is by far the worst NHL game I've ever bought for bugs. Do you guys even have a Quality Department? Multiple crashes, multiple lock ups which cause restarts, cards not showing up in HUT, baggy, cumbersome. $130 for this garbage and no way to get a refund.... never buying another EA sports gameNew be a pro character instantly made captain
I started a new be a pro save after the 1.2.0 update and when I got through world juniors with Team USA and the Memorial Cup with the Penticton Vees, (i feel it should be noted my character was made the captain of the vees too), I joined the Tampa Bay Lightning and my character is instantly made the captain of the team. This doesnt make sense because what am I playing for if the C is handed to me right off the bat?Season Pass Issue
The last season objective I need in the season pass is the "Gain 40 season pass levels". Despite being on level 39, this counter says I am on 35, which makes the 40,000 XP benefits I am supposed to be getting soon pointless because Ill need to finish the battle pass to get this thing to think Im on level 40.Pulling the Goalie
You need to fix this. We were winning in a world of chel game, we pulled the goalie (I was goalie for this game) , tried skating to the bench to come out as a player. A player on the opposing team was preventing me from getting off the ice so I went to turn around and skate back to the net, but before I could do so, I got kicked from the game for “poor team play” though we were winning! Forcing us to loose the ranked 3v3 easily game and loosing RP for that! That’s not right and would love if that gets fixedNHL 26 BAP games not showing up past game 72 including playoffs
Noticed this during my second year playing as a offensive dman but for some reason after game 72 nothing appears for games on my calendar my games played and points go off but I can’t physically see the games so I can’t play em including playoffs which is frustrating I can’t be the only one having this problem
