Franchise mode
I have searched for solutions to this issue but have found none. In franchise mode 5-6 years in it gets frustrating as my players lose discipline every season by 4-6 under natural growth to the point they are in the 50-60 range. This causes my team to be shorthanded the most in the league and also have the fewest power plays for whatever reason. This is not just a one off, I have checked the 3 different saves I have that are in 2030-2031 and they all have a lot of players with low discipline. I play with morale on and usually pick the team bonding coach conversation option. I do season goals and off season ones. I am really hoping for a solution to this issue as I have tried troubleshooting different scenarios and can’t figure it out. When I sim the game I choose sim game and go period by period. Do I need to just advance day? Will that solve it? This mode is unplayable for me until I can figure out a solution so if anyone has any insight please let me know.
NHL 26 Franchise Crashes
When playing Franchise Mode in NHL26, I went several years in with no concerning issues. Randomly after 3 or 4 years I simmed the first 40 games, and all of a sudden, clicking “View Contracts” was crashing my game, effortlessly. I even went to the re-sign period after the draft, continued crashing. After this happened several times, I restarted my console, with no fix. Once loading back into FM, I tried editing lines and viewing players, which was no issue. Then I tried “Propose Trade” which did open, but as soon as I clicked to add an asset, crashed. I tried this again several times, continued crashing. I have played since NHL11 and never had this issue in any form before, but now my save is unplayable.Cannot be captain
Got a trusted level with management and teammates. Won the cup. Got a 19 million dollar contract. Next season the game changed my jersey number, randomly, and the option never appeared to become captain before, during or after pre-season. Just got the new update. Went back to previous save that was after the cup win and went through the whole pre-season and first couple of games again. No option for captain. Hello???
NHL 26 game crashing during franchise mode gameplay
I purchased a game on PlayStation store online. It’s not an overheating issue because my son and I play different games in Madden 2K and the PlayStation never shuts off. It only shuts off when I’m playing the NHL 26 in any franchise world or any game.Was considering buying…changed my mind
I decided to download the free trial on PS5. The new be a pro career mode is flashier and maybe a little more in depth. Enjoyed starting with the World Junior knockout rounds, that was fun. The game play is actually, in my opinion, a little better than NHL 25. I was actually considering buying the game. Then it happened… Completed my first Memorial Cup game, clicked on “Finish Game” and now my screen is stuck on black screen with “cleaning the ice” in the corner. This was a huge issue on NHL 25, to the point that I was manually saving after every game to make sure I had a backup save in case the game freeze happened between periods or at the end of the game. I guess, as usual, EA isn’t interested in actually fixing game breaking bugs, just making the game look nice and shiny but leaving it a broken mess. Such a joke. Time for the NHL, and all the other sports franchises that EA has, to move them to a new dev that actually cares about making a game that works.World of Chel Threes Bug
Hi EA. There have been many issues surrounding the NHL Threes live event mode inside of World of Chel. My teammates and I would go on a win streak but the rounds (1, 2, or finals) was not played in order. For example, we would win round 2 and then the next game would be round 2 again. The game would also contradict itself by saying it's round 1 and then once we have won, we win the finals trophy? This has made the game look unprofessional and unreliable, hopefully there is a fix. *Note: This has occured on both Xbox series X and Playstation 5 platforms.World of Chel Bugs
Tried to load into 4 games, in 2 of them im ready to advance once a team is found, and then it says other players advanced without me and leaves me ready by myself while other teammates advance and play the game. Very glitchy. Additionally, when you finally get in, you loose connection or it crashes and boots you to the main menu. Even tho my wifi connection is perfectly fine, then again played my forth game, played maybe 40 seconds and then everyone lost connection. And so waited like 20 mins from restarting my game, loading into new rounds, joining my friends lobby, and its just waste of time. EA is greedy, and have the worst connection and bugs, I have seen in a while. Please address this or lmk if you have the same issues. Also TOTY in hut worst event I have seen in a while.
