Loss in EASHL when opponent quits/disconnects

My team was up 10-3 against a team in 3s Elite Cup when they finally decided to leave the game. After they quit, we were given a loss. This would have put our run at 16-0 and we approximately lost 600 RP each. Can provide details on game if necessary but this is frustrating and the second time it's happened.
