HUT: no trade in option for 95 TOTS

I pulled the level 95 TOTS Nathan Aspinall, but I’m not seeing any way to use him in any of the TOTS sets. This seems like a mistake and useless card that was expensive to make, please fix this. He should be a 96? There’s no way to use 95, this is a scam if not fixed
