Matchmaking + General complaint

Can someone at EA please explain to me the following:

I play this game casually with some buddies. We play EASHL 3’s. CAN SOMEONE please explain why we are gold 1,2,3’s playing against elite 1’s and diamonds CONSISTENTLY. Why even have a ranking. This is the dumbest most pointless system I’ve ever experienced. It’s absolutely horrible, the game always is each year and you continue to just shove it out. It’s embarrassing. DO YOU NOT HAVE ANY CONCEPT OF ANYTHING???

Second thing. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY you have to spend money for better attributes? YOUR GREED IS UNBELIEVABLE, at least your consistent. You’re an unbearable company that holds a monopoly on sports games and just squeeze money and produce hot garbage.

    I agree with you when we play 6v6 in clubs we get put up against top elite teams. They need to put back the even team match making. You can go in a game in 6v6 and its two human players the rest are AI vs a full team with all humans especially when AI is bad.
