Multiple crashes

It's not 5:40 pm EST and I haven't been able to play one game of cup chase. Game has crashed to dashboard multiple times now. I've sent in proof before and still no fixes by EA. All we got was they can't recreate issue in a perfect environment even though we constantly have these issues. Honestly refunds should be started now. There's countless videos on YouTube with proof of a faulty product
