Need help, missing my coins!

Need help, on january 1st i bought a 89 overall Protas for 37k but the game took double coins off my coin balance... it took 74k instead of 37k so now im missing that 37k coins since last week, i contacted Ea supporr chat and was told to wait 24h...now its been 7 days but no coins...please fix this glitch to get my coins back!
