Network connection issue

Does anyone else get this error a lot? I’ve been having issues for the past couple weeks now. No matter what I do it’ll still come up and I can’t play Hut or any online mode. 
I’ve been in touch with ea help and they have been no help what’s so ever the last time I talked to them they told me to come here for help so hopefully it’ll help. 

I have tried. Rebooting my Xbox, rebooting the game multiple times. I have restarted my internet.

    EA_Aljo​ the mobile Hotspot still didn't allow me to connect with ea online services, I started a download for a game from the game store to make sure the connection had internet and it does so it seems like its something specifically about connecting to ea servers

    EA_Aljo​ I finally got it to work, had to factory reset the router, not sure what kind of bug it was but its fixed now

    So the past couple nights the error has popped up and all I did was restart my Xbox and it has been working.

    I know when I first started getting the error I’ve tried this and hasn’t worked but I’ll keep doing it for now.

    Make sure you power cycle your modem/router also.

    It's worth clearing the alternate MAC address as well. Follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Network Settings on your Xbox
    2. Go to Advanced network settings
    3. Hit 'Clear'


    Your console should restart. Try playing again and let me know what happens.
