NHL 26 Franchise Mode bug

Can EA Sports PLEASE fix this bug? In NHL26 Franchise Mode, the coach asks me which options to use when going against a team. - I eliminate the Toronto Maple Leafs, and onto the next round I go, the coach auto asks me which options/tactics to use against the next opponent, and instead of saying the Philadelphia Flyers, the coach STILL thinks I’m going against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

this is an irritating bug, it has been happening ever since NHL 25, NHL 24 AND IT’S STILL GOING ON IN NHL 26. Attached is my file to show the problem. FIX IT.
