NHL 26 game crashing during franchise mode gameplay

I purchased a game on PlayStation store online. It’s not an overheating issue because my son and I play different games in Madden 2K and the PlayStation never shuts off. It only shuts off when I’m playing the NHL 26 in any franchise world or any game.

Hey there. Each game is going to tax the system differently. Typically, when a console shuts down, it's due to overheating. Has the console been cleaned out? Is it in a space with good ventilation with the vents free of dirt?
