NHL 26 Ultimate Team

Many times if done objectives which then I sometimes to use to get pack so the beast mode thing went to use 30 for the set completed the set and open the pack to get a guaranteed 85+ beast player and selected LD from the Washington Capitals and then went to go put him in my team and no where to be found it took the collectables and gave me the pack but no reward in technically this isn’t the first time this has happened

    Hi there. Exit out of HUT and load back into it. Then go to My Collection. Hit Y/Triangle to search for the player and see if they come up.

    No they didn’t thats the first thing I did I even restarted my game and my console and no luck
