Pack opening error

Traded in collectables for a pack and I get a error when I try to open it , then it kicks me out of HUT when I select ok. How to I get this resolved?

Hi there. Can you get me a video of this? Please put it up somewhere it can be streamed or publish it through your console. I just need a link tot he video. Also, let me know what your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID is. Thanks!

I’m having the same problem as well. And it’s for my fantasy hockey player so it’s very frustrating.
