Spotlight Draisaitl missing from collection

I did my Spotlight Draisaitl set today, and received the card to my inbox as I should. Then I pressed "send to collection", and the card disappeared. I cannot find it anywhere, not inbox or collection. I have restarted the game and my console multiple times but no results. Fix this issue and return the card thanks. And some other compensation for needing to contact your support without results etc... has taken hours of my day today. Not good.
