Community ManagerHey there. It looks like your opponent scored more goals. You have more shots, but that doesn't guarantee a win. They have better passing and more hits. They're moving the puck better and are taking your players out of the play. This can lead to more goals.
How about you fix your game, more shots leads to more goals. Just because you game has a goal glitch every single year the customers shouldn't have to pay for it every single year!!! 90 dollars for a game where if you glitch a goal it always works.

The goal where they forehand backhand at the goal line and score top corner somehow from a goalie that is hugging the post!

you’re making yourself look like an idiot. Go look at the reviews on Xbox or anywhere else. Your game is trash. Hire some new people, unprofessional guys like you don’t deserve a platform like this. Where’s the class
