TOTW Thompson missing from collection

Yesterday evening I made the TOTW thompson card and was able to put him in one of my lineups, however now in my collection he does not exist.  Notable, I have 2 bnd 83 totw cards that used to be untradeable, that were used in the tradein set for Thompson.  Thompson is still usable in game for me in the line he is already in, buit I cannot add him to a new line since he isnt in my collection view.  Does anyone know how to fix this, if this is a visual bug or something happened to 'refund' my thompson for only 2 bnd players?
