Ban duration

Unfortunately even though I’ve explained the situation clearly, those responsible for “reviewing” don’t seem to understand the game. It’s so frustrating.

Hi there. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute so ToS can investigate the ban again.

Hey, I received a ban, but I did not break TOS! I had nothing but two sales: one a jersey change for 7,000 (certain numbers are rare and someone bought mine for max price) and a random 77 overall for like 2,500 (again I assume someone was doing a theme team). I disputed it, but EAHelp came back and said I did break TOS! What gives? I’m appealing to you because I don’t know what else to do. I can give you a case number. 

Hi here. It's possible the auction house ban is either longer or permanent. You'll need to open a case with an advisor. They should be able to let you know. Just don't dispute the ban again. That will go to ToS so they can investigate your account rather than tell you how long the ban is for.
