Hello, in NHL26 in HUT when opening a card pack the game crashes and shuts down. It crashes to the PS5 menu. But the PS5 continues to run normally. A screen appears saying something went wrong with your game and accept and report a problem. This has happened 3 times already. Do you have any such problems or has this happened to anyone? I don't have a video, I only have a photo. It happened randomly so when I catch it I'll send it, but it's hard when I have my phone with me. Hi, no. It was a normal pack bought in the store and then from rewards in ranked. Probably any package can do it. Is it possible that there is an error, do you know something?
