Ridiculous cup chase bug & missing content

I made 8 beast mode upgrade tokens via sets and they are not in my collection.  Then I loaded into a cup chase game to complete some beast mode objectives after getting Barkov, when the game loaded in I wasn’t even playing at my HUT team!! I had the Tampa Bay Lightning roster (mind you that is my teams logo & jerseys) after the first period finished my game crashed, I went back into HUT and it said invalid line up and Barkov is gone, not even in my collection anymore? 0 for 2 tonight EA I guess I’ll try again tomorrow? Lol guess they’re pulling some Halloween tricks
