Saw that some people seem to be getting this while myself and others are not. What's going on?

There is someone in this thread on PS that got the pack. I've also seen PS players on reddit mention they got it. Obviously, that's not the case for all of you. We're investigating it.
Man I get that but at this point why not just put the pack in the store for everyone to make up for this? If people are just getting free cards that go towards MSPs during a big event like TOTS and I've paid for EA play and don't get the pack before TOTS sets go away tomorrow I'm gonna be choked.
There are many people (including myself) who subscribed to EA Play today solely for this pack, in order to use the contents to help complete TOTS sets, which disappear in less than 24 hours.
The information didn't say anything about it being console-specific, only for new players, etc., all of which was confirmed by EA Help Chat.
This is either incompetence or dishonesty, and I'm honestly not sure which is worse.
Yeah it's just infuriating at this point. If people who aren't subscribed to EA Play got the pack then just put the pack in the store for the price of an EA play subscription and let me buy it that way and cancel my subscription.
Why not just make it available to everyone in the store as soon as possible?
Hundreds of people likely bought EA play for this pack, specifically before team of the season expires.
Team of the season should be extended, therfore, and the pack should be released for free.
And heres another idea if youd like to keep players for next year; maybe compensation bonuses for people that got scammed by buying the pack and receiving nothing..
Give the man a break, he’s just doing his job to the best that dumpster fire of a company allows him to.
