How are you supposed to get undefeated rewards?

I can't get the undefeated rewards no matter how hard i try and this is seriously becoming a big problem. It's not because of the difficulty or because I can't win, no, I beat the computer every single time, that's far from the issue. The issue is the random disconnects because of the servers or I'll run into a bug where I have to restart the game. For example: I was playing my 18th game of a season and in between periods my players were completely stuck and nothing fixed it I tried pausing and unpausing (didn't work) I tried just waiting there (waited there a good 10 minutes and nothing) so because of that screw me right? I don't get the undefeated reward. The other 2 seasons I got randomly disconnected one of them in the finals on the very last game. This system sucks, and it's beyond frustrating. I have very high speed internet and when I disconnect I can log right back in instantly so I know it's EA's potato servers. I'm giving it one more season, I swear to the heavenly god above, one more season if I don't get the undefeated reward because of something that's completely out of my control I'm going to ask for a refund or just stop playing because this is stupid and it's just screwing offline players over.
