How do you bump a guy off the puck that standing still & holding right stick?

So, when I have gamers like that driving around or going around in circles, I immediately turn them off. I think these gamers have never seen or played a real hockey game. Things like that only happen very briefly, not for two or three minutes. That should have been removed from NHL games long ago.
