Hut account banned

I work for two weeks and then I’m off for one. During that week, i really enjoy playing HUT, something I genuinely appreciate being able to do while my girlfriend is at work… BUT

 

This was the last straw, EA, this was really low. You shut down my account, a high-paying customer who has spent incredible amounts of money on your game and followed the rules. I had no idea this was even a thing? That after €€€€€€€€€, you’re not allowed to use coins from your other closed account (coins that came from purchases I made, you rats) to help your main account? Am i supposed to just let them go to waste? ONE SINGLE PURCHASE ON THE AUCTION HOUSE AND YOU BAN ME?

You are so out of touch, so out of touch that you don’t understand there are forums where people post things they want to buy in HUT, like jerseys/players, and they may overpay sometimes, which I think is completely fine, especially when you’ve already spent an incredible amount of money on your game.

I demand that you remove this warning. You can ban it again if the same thing happens, but this should not happen now, not the first time, im warned. REMOVE IT NOW.

Is this the thanks I get? Is this how you treat your customers? So low. REMOVE IT.

    No, we can't forward things, add things, or even look into cases here on the forums. We just don't have the tools for it here.

    The length of time it takes to get a response depends on a number of factors, like volume. It doesn't always take 10 days, and again, hopefully you'll hear from them soon.

    And again, no, we can't help with bans here on the forums.

    There should be an email option to get something right away to the support and atleast get an answer in 3 days.

    EA_QueenBee​ Can you please give me an Yes or No answer on these questions. Is there any way you can forward this to the the support? ANY WAY? Im literally begging and it is an unique situation. Ive asked on forums and read online that the appeal never gets lifted and it takes 10+ days to get an respond from an automatic responsesystem denying it. You cant help any way? You should really get better supportsystem, this is very frustrating. Thanks.

    Again, we unfortunately can't look into or help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to them, I can only recommend that you're patient until they get back to you with the resutls of their investigation.  We can't do anything on our end to make the process go faster. Hopefully you'll get an email with the result from them soon.

    EA_QueenBee​ im not getting an answer!? I NEED to get in touch with the Ea support right now, please. The supportsystem is not working out, ive read they answer after 10+ days and its only an automated message. Please help me out to get in touch with the support.

  • Basically the exact same thing happened to me. The “warning” is a ban! It’s a freaking joke!
