Community ManagerHey, everyone. We're going to need to manually grant HUT Champions rewards for the next few weeks. They should be received within 24 hours of Wednesday's content release.
***Update*** The 10/8 rewards have now been granted.
What a joke lmaoooooo. how bout instead you guys do it Tuesday, so we can get them on Wednesday. You guys barely reward us as it is. Let a lone screw everyone over by everything that happened yesterday with the fantasy cards. Keep it up you guys doing such a swell job. Pathetic
So move the release date to Tuesday in the interim. We need to have rewards we earned available when champs opens or you need to extend champs through Monday for the time being.
So embarrassing, the current leadership is taking so many steps in the wrong direction. Didn't think it could get even worse than the rammer era.

No rewards is unacceptable, and if the champion sets are changed so I can’t obtain it after we get our rewards I will have essentially wasted my time and money.

There are no timers on the HUT Champs sets so they won't go away. You will be able to get Kronwall when you get your rewards.
It's been 2 weeks in a row and you're not able to do anything about it. This is year after year. You're not able to release a fully functional game. And on top of that, in the promo video you promise to fix some functional fixes. YOU'RE LIEING AND LIEING!!!!! When will you fix the L2/LT problem??? 90% of normal players want to play in peace. But no, you only listen to 10% of the paced esports players. And now the problem with rewards!!! So do something about it immediately and stop smiling at the players and making fools of them. I expect some compensation. Like a Fantasy card, when you were giving them away so cheerfully. I hope that when the company was bought by SA investors, they will fire the incompetent people at EA Corporation and replace them with people who at least understand hockey and the given issue!!! COME TO YOUR MIND AND DO IT FAST!!!
