HUT x WOC crossover

With the changes to the HUT progression system introduced last year, I think it is time we brought back some crossover play with World of Chel like we used to have in the past. In the past, we were given these HUT packs every now and again while playing EASHL. It makes even more sense now to do it so when we play WOC, we are earning slight (.5x, .33x or .25x) xp that Ranked/Rivals players earn towards completing the HUT XP path. This would not change what you earn, just how much time you have to invest in playing. It would also be a good way to give the WOC exclusive players incentive to play HUT if they were at least earning some of the xp levels and packs that the HUT players were earning through playing Ranked/Rivals.

Yes I am a WOC player mainly but the same could be said in the opposite direction as well for slight WOC progress for playing HUT. My point here is allowing some crossover would help bridge the gap for WOC to play HUT or HUT to play WOC.
