Missing team of the season players.

I recently worked  the market and saved up enough coins to buy Connor McDavid team of the season and cale makar team of the season. Both of the card vanished from my account! I’ve tried all the trouble shooting steps, and have talked with multiple support agents, and they are all telling they can’t see the player transactions on my account! Has this happened to anyone else? If so did you get your cards back?? I spent way too much time grinding this game for that to happen to me, I just want my cards back…!
