Need better

Hello. What is happening when you crash? Are you getting the message you lost connection to the servers or is something else occurring?

The game freezes on the intro of the matchup, i wait serveral minutes for it to unfreeze and it will not unfreeze. I dashboard, nothing happens. So i close the game, go back in and everytime i have experienced this i get a loss on my ranked progress which is a complete **bleep** off really. Many people experience this issue, the game needs more love, the game needs to just be better in general, in other words some **bleep** need to be given.

That's a very specific freeze. I assume you're not able to skip the intro and avoid it? Is it only in a specific arena? Have you tried creating a different lineup or changing each jersey?

Tried all of that, tried deleting lineups and making new lineups. In order to skip the intro the other player needs to skip it as well by hitting A button haha. Its happened in away games and home games, currently using the anneheim ducks arena. Has happened to me in the previous nhl as well, ironically this year it has always been on a game where im on the brink of ranking up lmao.

Okay, I haven't mentioned this point yet, but it's true. Often the game crashes right after you encounter an enemy, during the loading screen, or it crashes while loading, it just keeps loading and loading, and nothing happens, and then when you want to go back, you can't, so you have to quit the game and restart it.

Do you always use the same favorite team and jerseys? If so, try mixing those up to see if that helps.

what i would like to do is have the new edmonton jerseys and the edmonton rink, but sought after items and arenas in this game seem to be completely unobtainable even for the ones that spend thousands on this game like me lmao, ive tried all kinds of jersey and rink combos
