Assume the answer is "yes" but do all of the TOTS cards upgrade?

During TOTY there were some (the LTD cards) that don't

Where tf are sets for 94-95 OVR??? Why wouldn’t you at least make the sets that require 93 OVR as 93-94 OVR? This is insane how unpredictable and illogical the content team operates. Pure chaos.

None of the ToTS cards upgrade. They decided to rip players off even more this year

Sean Couturier's Fantasy should go up to 91. He scored last night

And team of the season being just any old MSP and not upgrading is a joke and I'm out. Can't do this anymore. This game infuriates me and The stress is too much. I'm to old. I just need to quit all together

This is incredibly an underwhelming "best event of the year".

I guess it's time to retire from HUT. Seeing this game continue to crash and burn is doing a number on my mental health.

And again that finger is still being wagged in our faces no raise in the salary cap and  line combos that are brutal ...its HUT there should be no salary cap

Can you please explain why TOTS cards don't upgrade this year? Why did you think it was a good idea to make TOTS just a normal event instead of the special event it has been in all previous years? It would be very nice to get an explanation for this completely unexpected change.

And as mega8deth8​ said, you forgot to upgrade Sean Couturier's Fantasy Hockey card to 91.
