the stars of the month last week was 89-90 to make a sotm. before that it was 87-88 and it was usually the same to make the current top totw card. but it's now 90-91 instead of 91-92. i made two 92 last week in preparation of possibly getting a sotm card and now it wouldn't be usable til 2 months from now. did it change?
Yes, we needed 89-90 cards to make a 92 TOTW or a 92 SOTM. Now we have a 93 TOTW card, and of course we need higher overall cards to make a 93 than a 92. We also needed higher overall cards to make a 93 SOTM. We couldn’t make a 93 SOTM with 89-90 cards. Why does it not make sense to you?
And yes, it is odd that there is only one one 91 TOTW card. There will be more of them soon though (but not before the highest overall TOTW card goes up to 94).
i made the sennecke. it required 89-90 TOTW cards. which was the same for what you needed to be able to make the SOTM cards. but the current sets to make the 93 are 90-91. the reason i know this is i checked previous videos of people talking about it and if your goal was to make a SOTM card it wasn't a good idea to make the highest ovr totw card every week. and it's odd there is only 1 91 TOTW card rn
Can you clarify a little bit? What 92s did you make and what kind of a SOTM card were you hoping to get with those 92s when the SOTM sets expired today and the next SOTM release will be in March? And where does the 2 months come from?
Anyway, nothing has changed. TOTW sets follow the same pattern as every week. SOTM sets don't follow the same pattern as TOTW sets. And event if it did, why would TOTW sets be 91-92 now, a week after the latest SOTM release that was 89-90 and 3 weeks before the next SOTM release?
