Wildcard Bug ?

Did, played 3 games and restarted game in between and nothing still at 404,564 XP and missing 5,436 XP for Level 45, number never change.

Have you verified the amount of XP you have before and after a game? Since we're not getting other reports of this, it's possible it's a visual issue and the XP is actually being received.

Did all of that and nothing, still not getting XP and I know for the screen presentation, but my total XP not adding any. Just hope with the new Wildcard Friday I gonna get XP, it's part of the game, it's like playing for nothing.

Thanks. Yeah, that's odd. Unfortunately, without other reports, it's not something we can currently action. I'll have to watch for others and get an issue raised if that happens. For now, the best I can advise is to hard restart your console and clear your personal saved data with these steps. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate NHL 26 and delete the saved data.

Also, if you tabbed out of the XP presentation and then went back to it, it wouldn't show as received when it is. Once you leave that screen, you can't go back and see the XP gain.

It's been like that since last night, and I did play 2 games of Wildcard this morning and nothing, played a Cup Chase game and got some XP.

Hi there. Try exiting out of HUT and loading back into it and play another game. Let me know what happens and if possible, grab a video showing the XP isn't being added. Thanks!
