NHL27 test

I  signed up for the ea NHL 27 play test got accepted, got a code and when I put the code in on the browser it said it would automatically install to the home xbox, but it was offline. When I powered on the device, nothing happened — the download or installation didn't start. I tried entering the code through the console itself, but the system said the code had already been used.
