Lost Connection in WOC

Platform: Xbox Series X/S
EA ID / Gamertag: Bjhondu5/Hondu5
ISP: Glofiber (Wired, 2 Gbps download/upload)
Router: eero Mesh System (Hardwired directly via Cat6)
Location/Region: Warrenton, VA

Issue Description:
I am experiencing a persistent issue where I am automatically disconnected from the EA Servers within 1 to 2 minutes of loading into the World of Chel menus. This happens consistently, preventing me from playing any online game modes. Because my local network architecture is flawless and fully optimized, this appears to be a server-side authentication token or account database corruption issue matching known recent server-side memory leaks.

My Network and Environment Specifications:

  • Connection Type: Hardwired Ethernet (verified Cat6 cable). Tested on alternate physical ports with identical results.
  • NAT Type: Open (Default Port 3074 UDP/TCP confirmed active via UPnP).
  • IP Allocation: Public IP Address (Confirmed completely removed from CG-NAT by my ISP, Glofiber).
  • DNS: Tested on both Google DNS (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1).
  • EA Game Ports: Manually forwarded TCP 80, 443, 3659 and UDP 3659, 6000 inside my eero configuration.
  • ISP Status: Fiber optic multi-gig line with 0% packet loss and extremely low baseline latency. Glofiber does not deploy IPv6 in my market, ruling out translation encapsulation conflicts.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed (All Have Failed):

  1. Full Reinstallation: Completely deleted and reinstalled the entire game application.
  2. Console Factory Reset: Completed a full hardware and software reset of the Xbox console.
  3. Cache Flushes: Cleared the Alternate MAC Address, cleared the NHL game "Reserved Space" allocation, and power-cycled the hardware.
  4. Credential Reset: Manually updated my EA Account password from the dashboard to force a server-side active token purge.
  5. Account Link Verification: Verified via the EA Customer Portal that my Xbox Gamertag is natively bound to the correct, primary EA email address.
  6. Feature Isolation: Disabled Xbox "Quick Resume" entirely to ensure clean boot states. Tested on Wi-Fi to isolate physical network hardware with the exact same 2-minute disconnect loop result.

Requested Action:
Because this issue persists across a factory-reset console and a dedicated public multi-gig fiber line, the error is isolated to my specific EA account cloud profile or matchmaking cluster database state.

Please escalate this to a senior technical support specialist or database administrator to manually flush/clear my cloud profile database cache, re-sync my backend account profile tokens, or review if a corrupted vanity/attribute file inside my Chel data is causing the server to reject the session.
