Severe menu lag on Xbox (trades take 2+ minutes, HUT menus slow)

Platform: Xbox Series S

Game version: [Update 2.1

Connection: Wired Ethernet 

Issue:

Menus in NHL 27 are extremely slow, to the point that some modes are hard to play. The worst example: completing a single trade takes 2 minutes or more from proposing to confirming. HUT menus (Collections, Auction House, Edit Lines, Store) also lag badly, with long loading spinners after almost every click. Even when completing a game, it can take a few mins to have an option to do anything.  

It should not take 20 mins+ to complete a few sets and be constantly waiting for the game to load. 

What I've already tried (none fixed it):

- Switched from Wi-Fi to a wired connection

- Deleted temp/cached files

- Deleted the default roster file

- Full power cycle and cleared alternate MAC address

- Game is fully updated

Other games on the same console and network navigate menus normally, so this appears to be specific to NHL 27.

Request:

Please look into menu and trade-screen performance on Xbox, and HUT server response times. Menu speed is the single biggest thing hurting my enjoyment of the game. I'm happy to provide video clips or additional details if that helps the team reproduce it.   Any information toward a resolution would be appreciated.
