Product: NHL 17Platform:Microsoft XBOX OneSummarize your bug: Can't screenshot. I managed to get 1 screenshot to work but since then it hasn't worked. Videos work and screenshots on other games work. I just can't get a screenshot to even capture on NHL 17.How often does the bug occur?: Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Not sure, when I first got the game I was screenshotting uniforms for our EASHL team and it wasn't working. Finally one managed to show up and since then it's the only one thats come up.What happens when the bug occurs?: My xbox doesn't give me the popup that a screenshot was taken and then in my DVR it doesn't show it.What do you expect to see?: The popup message and then the screenshot to be saved.This is probably more of an Xbox issue maybe but it works for every other game. I jumped into GTA to see if it works and it does. Whenever I try to screenshot in NHL, nothing happens. I can do videos perfectly fine. Thanks. Anybody else have this problem?

@XEaglesX In Settings, Preferences on the XB1 can you check that you have "allow broadcasts and game captures" turned on and let us know here if you can screen shot then, thanks.

Yes that is on. I can do it in other games, just not NHL 17.

Is your hard drive very close to being full Also, I happened to spot this: Note Sharing and saving your screenshots will only be available if you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or if you’re performing the action on the home console of another Xbox Live Gold subscriber. @EA_Barry Yes, everything is up to date. HD is only 50% capacity. It works for every other Xbox One game. Active XBOX Live gold member and this is the only console I play on in which I'm the only user. I've tried disabling recordings, turning my xbox off fully (power cycle), turning recording back on. It's just NHL 17. It's like when you go to print something and it gets stuck in the queue only I can't seem to clear or find the queue.

@XEaglesX So, after double tapping the XB button and pressing Y to take a screenshot then opening the Upload Studio app and selecting manage captures you see no screenshots there?

Nope. I don't get a popup or any notification telling me the screenshot was taken. When I go to my captures there is nothing uploaded, or locally on my xbox. If I do a video I immediately get a notification and it starts uploading automatically.

Can you try solutions one and three here: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/troubleshooting/recording-problems-with-gamedvr

After that, try making a bunch of screen shots, like 30, than wait about an hour and see if they are present/sharable. Again, post your results here please.

Those steps didn't work for me but after chatting with Xbox support they said they did something to fix it and it now works. I don't know what they did but my console was on while they did it. They actually linked me to this post saying they had ongoing reports of this issue which was funny.

Edit: Few more attempts later and it's still finicky/hit or miss. It's random when it's gonna work.

Hey I have had this problem for a long time, and was wondering, did you just phone Microsoft and they fixed it for you? Cause the same thing is happening to me and I can't find a solution, you seem to be the only person I can talk to about it. If it's easier, email me at [edit: email address removed] thanks!
