Coins stolen from my account

Nhl20 on ps4

I hadnt played in abount a month, i logged in yesterday and see that all my coins are gone. I looked in my email and found an email saying i was part of a coin distribution(receiving) that all my coins would be deleted and banned from auction house for 7 days.

Over the years i have literally spent $1000s of dollars with ea on the nhl series.

Every year i put random players up for large amounts of coins in the auction house and sometimes i get lucky and someone buys them by mistake, that DOES NOT break the rules.

I spoke with an advisor and he told me to come here.

Look at my account and youll see i have a clean record and have spent $1000s with you. Make this right and return my coins that you took from me unfairly.

I have done nothing against your rules

Can you send a DM to @EAHelp on Twitter? Let me know when you do and I'll make sure it gets answered.

An advisor has picked it up and will be in touch. Keep an eye on your DMs. Thanks!

  • Advisor on Twitter was unable to help me.

Everyone says they cant see where a coin wipe occurred.

How is that possible? If you guys cleaned out my account how can there be no record of it?

Twitter referred me back to e-mailing the ToS team.

And the circle starts all over again.....

    ToS team says this:

"Thank you for contacting EA help. My name is Khem Raj and I would assist you with your NHL 20 concern today.

I have reviewed your case#55288325 and come to know that you contacted us on live support regarding coin wipe.

Please let me share that after discussing your case with our specialist team, we have not found any coin wipe or any sanction on the account so we are denying your claim of the missing coins.

Should you have any further questions regarding this or any other issues, please do not hesitate to let us know.

You can also find answers to common questions on our Help Center at "http://help.ea.com" or ask our community experts by visiting Answer HQ at “http://answers.ea.com".
    "

    How is this even possible?

I received an e-mail from EA saying they were deleting my coins and then they were gone.

How can you have no record of that?

Nobody here can find any record of a coin wipe. We've gone over your account multiple times. I'm very sorry. I wish we had better news for you, but at this point, there's nothing else that can be done.
