Connection Issues Since Last Patch
Hi
I've been having connection issues on Xbox where I get huge spikes but it does not show on the network performance in game. Sometimes it will show packet loss and high ping (600ms+) and other I'll get the spike and it won't show anything in the performance.
This has been going on since the last patch of the game, so about a month now. I am with Rogers Ignite internet and haven't had issues using Rogers until I started using ignite around the same time.
I've been working with Rogers to resolve the issue on their end but they can't seem to figure it out.
I only lag on EA NHL so I think there is some kind of issue connecting between Rogers Ignite service and EA servers.
I've attached some photos of my connection as proof when it actually shows up in the network performance. Like I said before it doesn't always show up there oddly enough.
If anybody can give me some feedback it would be appreciated, I've tried everything on my end from Port forwarding to clearing my cache, re installing and have had no luck.
