Game freezes on start up and during play

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase game online, downloaded and installed it - Turn on the game - it might just freeze there. if not select become pro (after creating your new player) press A to start the game - it will freeze.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game doesn't load - says could not connect and bumps you have to the Xbox home screen, The game will load and jump to area ice and show all fans standing with their arms out like the letter T and there is a water bottle on the center ice dot. at this point, you have to quit the game or restart your console.
What do you expect to see? Player skating before the start of the game and the commentator speak about tonite game details

A loyal fan of the NHL series that EA Sports offers, been playing since 95. Invested time, money to have fun, and have been for a long time. However, this NHL 22 version is so freaking painful! I've been playing "Become a Pro" I have no clue why there are so many darn issues with the game. I feel like getting refunded at this point. Like is there any quality control dept? So many painful items make the gameplay longer and longer and more frustrating when trying to play "become a pro" loss of progress due to game freezes.

1. Games freeze on startup after selecting "Become a Pro" > continue. (Have to restart console) Xbox One.
2. Start of New game when pressing "A" the game jumps to area ice and "Freezes" with all fans standing up with arms out at full length, water bottle on the center ice dot. (Have to restart console) Xbox One.
3. Customization of player does not work well, for example, hockey stick tape color doesn't;t follow from game to game or even period. if you Break the stick same issue.
4. Players who get injured and are out of the game or ejected from the game (opposing team) seem to make their way back in the game either on the next shift or next period. 
5. Games freeze when the coach called you to the bench or when on the bench and the coach starts a dialogue. (Have to restart console) Xbox One.
6. The Player seems upset, in disagreement with the coach every time the coach speaks to him, even when you select any of the responses. The player's reaction is always wrong even if we pick the team vs star selection.
7. The player's body goes through the boards and glass (head, arms, Sticks)
8. The player's body goes through other players (goal celebrations) Arms, sticks.
9. Offside indication stays on-screen (middle if scoreboard) even when there is no offside offense - the start of faceoffs, during gameplay

An update was provided about 2 plus weeks ago and yes the new "Bauer" logo looks great but since then...

• I can no longer fast forward "by pressing A button" the team celebration after a goal (have to watch it all)
• I can no longer fast forward "by pressing A button" the Mascots reactions after a team goal (have to watch it all)
• I can no longer fast forward "by pressing A button" the fans reactions after the team's goal (have to watch it all)
• After the game when in the locker room (sitting) hockey gloves appear over my bare hands and then disappear (over and over)

I understand that some may be overlooked but you've been doing this a while and you'd think some of these issues really shouldn't be there with all that you have under your belt in this type of game. I was hoping for some more features that would make this game more of a standout instead of "wasted my money at this point".

2. Recording new name of the player (to be used when announcing goal or by commentator when speaking of them)
3. More new lines or reaction comments for the commentators (seems like you've only added 3 to 6 new comments) during the gameplay
