- @EA_Aljo I already have. I had one person respond on there and tell me if I didn't get them over the weekend, they would grant them to my account on monday...that was on November 9th. Now I just keep getting different people responding and telling me to just wait because they'll show up by themselves.

That was a few weeks ago. Can you try messaging @EAHelp on Twitter again and let me know when you do? I'll check with the team that handles those messages to make sure you get a response. Let me know when you do that so I can follow up on it.

I talked to Bruce. I believe he let you know what's going on. It's a known issue and we're working on a resolution.
- @EA_Aljo I get that, and I appreciate that you guys are here, but I'm still just frustrated with the issue at hand. I got my first 2 months worth of packs, and then it apparently just stopped working. Meanwhile, my roommate and many others are still receiving just fine. Just kind of a headscratcher.

I definitely understand the frustration. We know some of you have run into this issue and it's being investigated. For now, keep an eye on our official channels for updates. When I have some news, I'll let you know as well.
