HUT Syncing (Online & Offline)

Is this happening in every Rivals and challenge game you play? We'll start with the basics for troubleshooting. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure but there has to be something or at least compensate us, i for one aint good enough to qualify for hut champs every week..
What happens when the bug occurs? I will be playing hut champs or rivals and it will get stuck in a faceoff sync like before, sometimes i will be on a breakaway too or have a good chance to score and the game will automatically have a faceoff even without a whistle.
What do you expect to see? Id expect this bug to be fixed especially since i paid 130 for a game that ain't even finished, there should not be bugs like this 3-4 months after release

Nobody helps here whit bugs here guys just look for ban reports i post loot of bug reports and this guys is still in long holidays :^O yes give me again ban for reply its true what i say... u dnt know how fix this game i pay lot of money for this ? OT goals one way how give 1000% goal

AI inteligence = help school 

Toty cards is one big trash and yes all special cards is trash       gold cards > special event cards

Same cards every year yes is hard give a new players to game

Deke cover system is cancer of this game ask somebody what is hockey and how u can cover puck whitout skating is not possible just in your bug game is this possible, hold analog in side and nobody take your puck

Hybrid control handicap stop this boosted control setings ! 

Stop do it arcade game ! 

Your squad battles is just timewaste junkyard for players

Rush = players cheat just to record as many goals as possible and nobody care about fun in hockey game this is how u do it games just gambling packs and do it your point to have it this gambling packs...

Colors reflection in rush ice uff hey u dnt know how fix it ?

Puck physics is just big joke for gravitation in this world

2 goalies but in game is not possible change it 🤔 lol

Unlimited energy for players, where is reality ? 

And many more... 

But i know for u is just next report whit blablabla and nobody care where this sport game go ! 

And yes am angry for that what u do it whit hockey game...

What happens when the bug occurs? Play Rivals and the game keeps resetting to opening faceoff. After ~5 resets or more, the game loses connection. When i give a goal, openimg faceoff and time is back. No goal…
What do you expect to see? Play Rivals and the game keeps resetting to opening faceoff. After ~5 resets or more, the game loses connection. Happened 4 times in a row with Rivals. I tried to then play HUT Challenges, completed all three challenges and the game ends saying "no challenges completed". Tried playing Squad Battles, won 3-0 with 24 shots on goal, received 0 SB points and the main menu gave the CPU a 3-0 win and confirmed I received 0 SB points.

When i playing the hockey ultimate team. It’s reset 3 times in 1 period and often when I come alone against the goalie or 2vs1 and when it’s happening it’s just reset to a playoff

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in HUT Rivals and the game keeps resetting to opening faceoff. After 3-5 resets or, the game loses connect, or not, but in this case opening playoff is reset one or two times and game continue, but synchronizing between faceoff after goalie keep puck or after end period take 10seconds-5minutes or more and when game comes to third period synchronizing freeze in neverending circle HUT animation animation and game must be end via PS button and "close aplication", and start again
