Missing players

What about in online versus - why isn't Crosby on the Penguins? I assumed injury but Guentzel is still on the roster?

I'm seeing Crosby on the Pens roster. You're not able to play with him in Online Versus? Guentzel was injured about a week ago. We haven't had a roster update since before the holidays so most likely the next one will be more accurate now that everyone's back.

we have the same problem. We can't play with Crosby when we choose "play now" option, he is still in "scratched category

The game updated itself a month ago but I'm not sure whether is this the same that you mentioned. How can we do this?

What you need to do is go to the Rosters screen. There you will see an option to download the current roster and make it active. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes. Thanks!
