I created a club and now I want to leave it to join my friends club but I can't. When I try to leave my club it says "You could not be removed from the club at this time. Please try again." After that it shows that I'm not in a club but when I try to join my friends club it says I'm in the maximum amount of clubs and I must leave it before I can join. I tried updating my ea account on my Xbox but it shows that it can't update my info at the moment so I tried online but that didn't solve my problem. Its been at least 2 days since I first tried leaving my club and I haven't found a solution, any suggestions would be very helpful.

ive tried everything and i still cant leave my club,there many of us with this problem ea is trying to fix it,it has been 2 days for me also, i beleive ea will find the problem soon enough.

This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPABLE! this problem has been out for over a month still with no FIX!I have contacted EA only for them to say a specialest will have to email you. (WHICH NO ONE HAS YET!!!!!) I have never been treated like trash before as a customer, but with the way EA discards customer complaints i sure know how it feels now. This is by far the worst game experience i have ever had in my entire career gameing career, (and i have already stopped purchasing madden due to unfinished releases and poor online gameplay) which is almost my entire life. I have never had such a problem that it has taken over a month to fix. if it takes you guys this long to fix this, how much "work" do you really put into the new games. I mean this should be a quick hot fix 1 week problem MAX. but now its over a month old. You have people here who want there money back, and are never going to buy your products again.im clapping my hands in approval of what a corperation in the 21st century looks like. too big to care! THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY GAME I BUY EACH YEAR. AND IM CONSIDERING NEVER BUYING ANOTHER ONE AGAIN. I ISSUE THIS WARNGING TO ANYONE BUY AN EA GAME. THEY RELEASE UNFINSHED GAMES, AND ALL ONLINE PLAY IS THROUGH ONE SERVER. SO IF YOU WANT A GAME THATS FINISHED AND FUN TO PLAY ONLINE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALL EA GAMES FOLKS. ALL OF THEM ARE THE SAME.

I called EA today and they are not working on a resolution. The tech said that the issue is on my side and the only way to resolve the issue, is to delete my profile and Nhl saves off my storage unit, then reboot the game and that would remove me from the club. He also said that would clear my cards, stats, etc. This was false. It didn't work, I'm calling tomorrow and telling EA if they don't delete the team from their end, I will be asking for a full refund of not only the game, but the boosts which I purchased as well.

Exact same thing happened to me. I am unable to leave a Club. I have over 800 club games played. Now I'm stuck, Unable to play club. Over 900 hours of game played. If they don't fix this I will never buy another EA game again.

Yeah I've been having the same problems as both of you and I would believe that EA is working in a solution now

Yup. My buddy and I have had this issue multiple times in the past 2 weeks. He's been stuck in the same Club for 5 days. The only way around it we found was for him to create another club but every time he turns his console off we have to leave the club via easportsworld and create a new one. We're lucky it let's him even do that. And the A.I. on here is utterly ridiculous. We seriously lost every game we played today because the teams we got scored glitch goals and can hit us from halfway across the ice. Fix it EA. Or you've lost 3 more customers.

xScottxJusticex, can you walk me through you're temporary workaround? How do you create a team when you're stuck in the "can't leave team, please tary again" mode? Thanks!

Same here. Called yesterday and the person i spoke with told me i would get an email and stuff in like 15 minutes we i didnt get a damn email

I have a temp fix, I've seen some ppl say it in here but I'm going to pace it out so everyone can get back to their clubs with their boys
1. Leave the "fake" club you're stuck in. It should say you cannot leave as to why you are here.
2. Back out to the main menu
3. Now you can either search your friends clubs and join and make a brand new club. Either way join the club, it will say you are already a member of a club
4.Now just hop in a drop-in, Get in game and then back out.

5. Cry because you're finally in your old club

I FINALLY FOUND THE FIX ........ after 6 days of NO club whatsoever ... I have FINALLY FOUND IT ...

All you have to do is

1. Go to EA SPORTS HOCKEY LEAGUE (club) .. go to the club that is all f**ck up and simply leave it like any other club .

2. BACK OUT TO THE MAIN MENU PAGE .... and then go back into the club menu

3. Simply create another club and leave it ..... and BOOM .. thats easy . After all this time . It was THAT EASY .. it worked for me and hopefully it will for all of you having this problem! !!

Well he hits "leave club" and it tells him that he cant leave etc, then he backs out to the main page and goes back into EASHL. It then tells him he's a free agent but he cant join another club he can only create one. However, he hasnt tried leaving the newly created club and creating a 3rd to see if it keeps him in it, mainly because it kicks him back to the club he's stuck in once he restarts his console.

im also stuck in a club for about 2 months now started in late may.... i can leave and create a new club and play but when i get back on it puts me in the same club i cant join freinds clubs. i have to make it or cant play with them. Gt Ohimee on xbox. Please e.a Fix this for me and everyone before the next game comes out
