I created a club and now I want to leave it to join my friends club but I can't. When I try to leave my club it says "You could not be removed from the club at this time. Please try again." After that it shows that I'm not in a club but when I try to join my friends club it says I'm in the maximum amount of clubs and I must leave it before I can join. I tried updating my ea account on my Xbox but it shows that it can't update my info at the moment so I tried online but that didn't solve my problem. Its been at least 2 days since I first tried leaving my club and I haven't found a solution, any suggestions would be very helpful.

This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPABLE! this problem has been out for over a month still with no FIX!I have contacted EA only for them to say a specialest will have to email you. (WHICH NO ONE HAS YET!!!!!) I have never been treated like trash before as a customer, but with the way EA discards customer complaints i sure know how it feels now. This is by far the worst game experience i have ever had in my entire career gameing career, (and i have already stopped purchasing madden due to unfinished releases and poor online gameplay) which is almost my entire life. I have never had such a problem that it has taken over a month to fix. if it takes you guys this long to fix this, how much "work" do you really put into the new games. I mean this should be a quick hot fix 1 week problem MAX. but now its over a month old. You have people here who want there money back, and are never going to buy your products again.im clapping my hands in approval of what a corperation in the 21st century looks like. too big to care! The tech said that the issue is on my side and the only way to resolve the issue, is to delete my profile and Nhl saves off my storage unit, then reboot the game and that would remove me from the club. He also said that would clear my cards, stats, etc. This was false. It didn't work, I'm calling tomorrow and telling EA if they don't delete the team from their end, I will be asking for a full refund of not only the game, but the boosts which I purchased as well.

Same here, guys, and I've spent well over enough money on this game on HUT and the boost packs. I'm on day three of this mess and I'm not too impressed- EA, please help us!

THIS IS BULLLLLL S*IT!!! OVER 1500 CLUB GAMES, THE ONLY REASON I HAVE BOUGHT THIS GAME, WAS ON LINE W SUPPORT 2XS NOW FOR OVER 4 HOURS N THEY TRIED TO SAY THIS WAS ON MY END!!! NO THIS IS EASHL ITS A SERVER BASED PROGRAMING ERROR!!! SO I LISTED TO SUPPORT N DELETED ALLLLL MY NHL FILES!!! N STILL DIDNT WORK. WHAT A JOKE!!!
