nhl 17 won't start on ps4

I have it on disc and I've tried to patch it with the current patch (about 4gb) twice and when I try to launch the game it just tries to load from the disc for a second and it repeats that and starting screen will stay with 0 text and:

a) other games are working just fine

b) disc drive is working but

c) for some reason nhl 17 disc is not working.

edit: Ok, so the disc for PS4 version of this game has small fracture so I guess you are not printing 100% perfect copies. It was like that from the start and now I have to try to refund this.

    When i make my team name and try to continue it says failed to retrieve data and a long error code 749E54D64BFF1B54-0000000000009999-038141CCA117BBCB and boots me back to main menu please help hut is pretty much all i play and all other online services work its just hut that doesnt work

    Getting the same issue but on xbone. I tried the possible solutions online but they did not work... 

    It would be nice if EA had an article for this.

    Those are not the same issue. Spent $100 on points and now can't even create a team >.<

    could redeeming a code for points before even logging into HUT for the first time cause an issue?

    You didn't even reply to my problem. My problem has nothing to do with HUT when I can't even launch the game.

    If the game was broken upon purchase then you can contact your retailer for warranty.

    I have been having the same issue i load the disc, begins tutorial and than crashes. i took the game and System to YoubreakIFix and the system has no issues but the game will load on other systems, and other games on mine.
