NHL 19 Sim Engine Crash Franchise Mode

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In franchise mode I try to relocate a team to a new city, and it crashes. The same thing happened in NHL 18 to me in the same situation.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes. error code (CE-34878-0)
What do you expect to see? The relocation to work.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Ive seen it multiple times, and the same thing happened in NHL 18.

Whenever I try to relocate a team in my entirely custom team franchise mode, the game crashes. Error code (CE-34878-0). The same thing happened in my NHL 18 franchise mode (not sure if the same code).

I'm trying to figure this problem out too. It appears that I can still enter the Sim Engine with my AHL team but not my NHL team. I am using an Expansion franchise with custom rosters. Nothing I have tried has worked yet. This is the only way my game has crashed so far.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug when creating an expansion team and, i'm guessing, not using the expansion team. I haven't tried it with an expansion team but every time I submit my protection list, sim to the expansion draft, and attempt to sim through the expansion draft, the game crashes with error code CE-34878-0 coming up.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game stops working, come up with an error code, and closes the game forcing you back to the Playstation home page.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the expansion draft simmed so i can continue on through franchise mode and play.

I'd just like this resolved ASAP

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and do anything substantial in HUT. Edit rosters, search auction house, search collection. Anything, it all make my game freeze and boots me off.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can enter HUT just fine. But whenever I try and do ANYTHING in HUT it wants to freeze and close me out of the NHL 19 app entirely.
What do you expect to see? To be able to do something it HUT without the game freezing and me getting booted.

Every time this happens I get the error code 

CE-34878-0 . The app closes and I get booted back to my PS4 main home screen.
