I have the same issue. Reinstalled the game. My name and abbreviation obviously worked because they are in HUT Rush and I can play the Mascot Madness... I can’t get past the choose team name screen in HUT though and my team name is unavailable 

I have the same issue after buying the game yesterday and trying the delete and reinstall. Is there a fix available?

I just want to be clear on when this is happening. Can you give me some better details? It sounds like it's when you are first creating your HUT and are entering the team name/abbreviation?

Still have this issue why the games been out for a month

Hello, @EA_Aljo . Please, can you help me with my problem? From yesterday I can't register to next weekend league in HUT. In the picture you can see an error code. So now when I play Rivals I can't get any HUT points. Thanx.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
