Player cannot move once obtaining the puck

I am having an issue where I pass to a player and once they get it all they can do is stick handle or pass. They can’t skate anywhere. It happens anywhere from 10-30 times a game. Also, sometimes I’ll skate towards the net or whatever and when I try to pass to my other forward for a tap in it does a weird shot pass 3 feet in the air behind or at the net. The last thing is on faceoffs my right stick will be still and it will act like its moving when it isn’t. The controller is not the issue. It works perfectly in all other games. I only have video of the player not moving I will try to get some of the other problems.

This almost seemed to make it worse. Normally it would start happening in the 2nd period and third period of a hut game or world of chel game, but after trying the fix it happens in the first through the end of the game

Let's go for a power cycle with the console first before we consider re-installing. It could be a caching issue in which a power cycle can easily fix. This is how to properly shut down your PlayStation and Xbox consoles. Power cycling the console is always a good first step in seeing if that fixes any technical issues being experienced in games. Let me know if that helps!

How to power cycle your PlayStation console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I have a wired internet connection and use a wired controller. This setup worked perfectly until about a week ago

Do you have any other devices plugged into your console? Anything at all like a controller charging dock, phone charger, VR headset, etc?
