Pre order packs I paid for are going

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Packs are going to wrong version of game
What happens when the bug occurs? Old gen gets the packs but not new gen
What do you expect to see? Pack to be on my series x not one
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hut
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 6pm
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00

I bought the 100$ version of the game to get pre order packs. But after I transferred using the EA system from my Xbox one to the Xbox series X I no longer get my packs that I PAID FOR on my new system (yes I went thru and did the transfer system correctly) so am I just out of luck or am I going to get my packs?

    So im not sure what the issue 8s but i haven't recieved my pre order bonus packs yet, every month since pre order bonuses were a thing they would always come the day before the first normally by 7 pm mountain standard time.. this time though no packs, i did the migration on the day it was available shouldnt i get these packs on my series x/s version now?? Or will they come on a later date?

    I purchased the X-factor edition (pre ordered) in October. I transfered my HUT team from PS4 to PS5 on December the 9th. I was told that all future pre-order bonuses (like Diamond Choice packs) would be avaliable on the PS5, even after I transfered my HUT team. But now I havent received any  packs!! Please help !!

    Got preorder rewards on series yet? My friend told me he has the same issue right now. Got packs on one version but not on series where he migrated.

    I have the same problem, I transfered my PS4 HUT team to PS5 on December the 9th. Now, I have not received any packs on my PS5 HUT team. 

    I Pre-ordered the X-factor edition, I pre-ordered just to get the packs. 

    Can some of you administrators explain this please?

    I did not receive my 2 diamond choice packs for the month of January after transferring/migrating over to the Xbox series S. All I want is my packs that I am guaranteed to get from the pre order.

    Would also be nice to get our power up collectibles, with the diamond packs, if not i think anyone who did not recieve their pre order incentives for this month be entitled to a free TOTY choice pack.. we deserve some sort of compensation for this one and several other very serious mistakes and the mishandling of NHL 22 as a whole this year..

    I need my diamond choice packs and power up collectibles for this month too. I did the hut migration about 5 days ago.
